Purchased as a personal residence in 2017, this property was renovated little by little, room by room. Securing a 5% down payment this house was livable from day one for about $13,000 out of pocket. Over the years this property has served as my personal home, an Airbnb (Superhost Status!), and a medium term rental.

Everyone's favorite part of the home - the wood wall. This wood was not some cheap K Mart wood, it was purchased from 'This Old Wood' a local business that travels the country breaking down barns and other old buildings and repurposing the wood. The
